Bek Scholarship - It's certainly not on my f drive, which is where i assumed the key would be stored. I messed up big time. But my encrypted drives are not visible. The actual key, as you call it, is a hidden system *.bek file. Presumably that.bek file is somewhere on my computer. (it's stored as a.bek file, the same kind as a recovery. I have bitlocker recovery keys saved to my usb drive. But i cannot find it. I had one of my drives encrypted using bitlocker. I want to unlock my volume locked with bitlocker from command prompt, the command i searched on the internet is :

But My Encrypted Drives Are Not Visible.

I want to unlock my volume locked with bitlocker from command prompt, the command i searched on the internet is : I have a laptop running windows 7 ultimate. Now i have also installed lubuntu along with windows. I have bitlocker recovery keys saved to my usb drive.

Now I Also Have Forgotten The Password.

The Way They're Tied Together Is That The Os Drive Literally Stores A File That Contains The Decryption Key For The Data Drive.

I know these are the correct keys, because the identifier in the recovery key text file on the usb.
